My role as the sales manager is to train the new agents and keep the experienced agents up to date in all aspects of the real estate market. Recruiting new agents is a vital link in a successful real estate office.
Our weekly sales meetings include a property tour of all the new listings we received from the previous week. This allows our agents first hand knowledge of the property to answer questions either on phone duty or to their customers.
